SHIPPING POLICY
The shipment and delivery of your orders will take place within a period of 24/48 working hours from order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary due to any holidays or exceptional circumstances. Orders received after 4pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
For shipments to Italy, we offer a fixed shipping rate of 10 euros for orders under 80 euros. For orders over 80 euros, shipping will be free.
For shipments to Europe, the shipping rate will be 10 euros for orders under 200 euros. Orders over 200 euros will benefit from free shipping.
For shipments to the rest of the world, the shipping cost will be 25 euros for all orders.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have the option to return it to us within the first 14 days of delivery and you will receive a full refund (the product must be in the same condition in which you received it, in the case of a personalized engraving, the return will not will be available).
